You will be part of one of the biggest customer science companies in the UK and the world. You will help to provide insight into numerous customer engagements, helping to analyse their vast behavioural data sets to increase customer retention and acquisition.
This company is known within the analytics industry for its innovative history of analysing vast amounts of customer data. The brand also offers its employees with the chance to upskill themselves both technically and commercially.
Working within their pricing and promotions team, you will provide analysis on customer engagements and evaluate how lucrative certain promotions would be relative to the behaviour of different customer segments. The role also gives you good commercial exposure, providing you with autonomy to create your own insights which will be heard at a strategic level.
